Patient Resources

In our office we want to make sure that you are well taken care of. Our overall goal is to make sure that your stay with us has been a good experience. In order to provide you the best kind of dental experience, we will work hard to take care of all of your needs and concerns when you’re in our office.

We also believe that proper preparation may help your experience with us be as good as it can be. To help you prepare for what we can help you with, we have incorporated the following resources:

Financial Options

In order to help as many people as we can, we accept nearly every kind of dental insurance. We do understand that some plans are different and everybody may still have different expectations. To best help you understand all of your insurance questions and concerns, we ask that you give us a call and let us know how we can help.

No Insurance? No problem!

We believe that the importance of good dental health is more important than having dental insurance. To help you finance all of your services, we would like to refer you to CareCredit. This is a third-party financing company that will help you spread your fees over the course of several months with little-to-no interest attached.

We also accept Visa and MasterCard

We offer 10% discounts for payments made in full on the day of service rendered and 10% discount for payments made in cash.

Patient Forms

We will email out any necessary forms before your first appointment. Feel free to print and complete the forms before your first visit with us. The final signature box MUST be signed in the office. While we do not require that complete this paperwork prior to visiting our practice, this will save you and our staff time when you come in for your first appointment with us.

“I actually enjoy my visits and in this case 6 month checkup and cleaning. Cyndi (Dental Hygienist) and Dr. Downs have a great interest in their patients well-being and make a dentist visit as comfortable as they can get in my opinion. When I first came there it was because that is the office I always went to. I was somewhat tired of all the changes in who owned the practice and now this would be the 3rd doctor owning the practice in a short period of time. However, Dr. Downs won me over quite quickly on my first visit with her approach to the patient. I am extremely happy I took the wait and see approach.” - Rick

“I always enjoy my visit to Progressive Dental. There is no need to fear going to this dentist office. All employees of Progressive Dental are kind, courteous and very informative from your history to any problems you may be experiencing. You get clean and concise answers to your questions.” - R.S.

“Although I am always a bit nervous (to say the least) going to the dentist, I appreciate the calming energy from your office. Thank you for never reprimanding me if I haven’t brushed well enough, flossed often enough. And the personal comments are always so nice! Happy to be a customer to your clinic.” - Mary S.

“I came to Progressive Dental after years of unfortunate circumstances at my prior dental office. I was scared, sad and embarrassed that my teeth looked as bad as they do. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated so kindly, they listened to what I wanted, set out plans, and goals for restoring my smile, and even told me I had a nice smile already! I called my best friend and told her how happy I was that I finally would be able to smile in pictures again soon!” - Julie D.

“Would recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Downs is very thorough and Cindy, my hygienist, does an awesome job.” - Carla S.

“I come 45 miles to this dental office, and I will continue to come here.” - Peter B.

“Thank you for taking such great care of me. You made all the experience wonderful!” - Kim K.

“I was a little apprehensive to start out with a new dentist after going to the same dentist for 30 years but I will say it was so easy it was like going to my old dentist.” - Nancy W.

“I love this dental office they are so friendly and make even those miserable visits of getting a filling not seem so bad.” - Heidi S.
